The following OPEN BOOK exams are required to be taken AT LEAST ONCE PER GRADING PERIOD in order to maintain knowledge proficiency. A score of at least 90% is required for promotion purposes and may also count as proficiency review. ​(The sources are indicated in the parenthesis) (See Resources under the Cadet Training link above)

• U.S. FLAG ETIQUETTE
• CHAIN OF COMMAND 
• 24 HOUR CLOCK (also in WHS Agenda book, Cadet Reference Manual, Cadet Reference Manual)
• ELEVEN GENERAL ORDERS (also found in Cadet Reference Manual)
• USN RANK (also found in Cadet Reference or Field Manual)
• PHONETIC ALPHABET (also found in WHS Agenda Book, Cadet Reference or Field Manuals)
• NJROTC RIBBONS (also found in Cadet Reference or Field Manuals)
• UNIFORM REGS (also found in Cadet Reference Manual)​

Rifle Team:
• AIR RIFLE SAFETY   (100% to pass).
