CAPT's Philosophy: Tardiness in our school is getting renewed emphasis this year and I have attached the policy for us as teachers to enforce. I've spoken to your cadet about this but here it is for your review. Actions (good or bad) lead to Habits (good or bad) lead to Character (good or bad). 'Showing up to work on time' (for class) is truly a virtue the cadets will value for life. A person's character can be changed by changing a habit by practicing the discipline to change one's actions. That is ultimately what our program is about; reinforcing good actions/habits to build strong, good character in your child and/or holding your child's actions accountable and to proper standards to break a bad habit to change them into good habits and thus reshaping character. We hope you agree and we stand 100% behind and in support of you raising the best child they can be.
